I have been a Labor Doula and Childbirth Educator, certified with CAPPA, for over 6 years and have worked with over 100 women and families. My personal birth philosophy is simple; it is your birth not mine and I am here to support whatever you choose for your birth! I love educating and advocating for women in this most intimate and blessed time. I am also trained as a CAPPA Lactation Educator to help with basic breastfeeding in the postpartum period.
I have three beautiful children of my own, ages 18, 16 and 8 which led me to this journey of birth work.

I am a certified CAPPA Labor Doula and an educator that has always had a heart for mothers, babies and their families. I have two boys of my own who have not only given me plenty of experience, but also inspire me a great love for this work. I have been serving women and families throughout their pregnancy and labor for over 5 years. During that time I have had experience in the Pasco County Jail teaching and accompanying pregnant women during their incarceration. As well, I am a Happiest Baby on The Block Certified Educator. While teaching families the basics of newborn care and calming, I have also started teaching adoptive families these valuable skills through Legacy of Love Adoption Services
